We want you to be happy with your purchase from Twelve Oak Boutique! All Online Sales are FINAL. We will allow you to exchange for a different size within 14 days of receiving the original order. If your size is unavailable, you may choose another item of similar value or pay the difference. No monetary refunds will be issued. Item must be unworn and in original condition.
